The tournament was inspired in Bali by 4 grassroots football fans and agitators from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. We realize how important playing minutes are for the development of players from an early age. So on that basis the four of us came up with the idea to turn this tournament into a platform and develop it so that many countries from various continents can participate (Asia, Australia, Europe, Africa, America, etc.).
